Senior Marketing/Business Development Coordinator

Candidates with 3-6 years experience in marketing professional/construction services for the A/E/C industry. Position requires excellent writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. Must be motivated, creative, and organized with the ability to create marketing and business development programs, proposal submissions, and commercial advertisements. Prepare target mailings, business service, packages, newsletter, and web site updates. A bachelors' degree in a related field is required.

Senior Bridge Engineers

Candidates with 5-10 years of experience in Transportation projects for bridge design & inspection, site structures, transit facilities, sign supports, etc., who have a BSCE and a strong reputation in the engineering community are encouraged to apply. A Massachusetts PE license is required. Registration in multiple states is preferred. Having an understanding of AASHTO, MHD, and Mass State Building Code in conjunction with working in both the Public and Private Industry is also necessary.

Site Engineers

Candidates with 4-6 years of experience in land development projects of varied size for retail, office, commercial, and residential uses. Knowledge of the local and State permitting process, and demonstration of successful project acceptance under current regulations is required. The individual will also be responsible for managing projects and staff in preparation of design documents and making presentations at public meetings. Past experience in coordinating on-site development with existing off-site infrastructure improvements is a plus.

Senior Traffic Engineers

Skilled traffic engineerS with 5-10 years experience, a BSCE concentration in Traffic/Transportation, experience in traffic impact analysis, P.T.O.E., and traffic signal design and maintenance. Ability to review contract documents and estimates in the delivery of transportation projects is a plus. Practical knowledge of AutoCAD, HCS, TSIS, and MUTCD required.

Civil Engineers

Recent BSCE graduates and qualified candidates who posses 1-2 years of experience in the design of site development projects, roadway improvement projects, structural design & detailing, and construction management. A working knowledge of AutoCAD and understanding of land development and storm water management, as well as previous work experience in both the public and private sectors are desired.
