TEC provides Community Service to Tewksbury 9-11 Memorial Committee
April 16, 2007 - Tewksbury, MA
Over the past three years the Tewksbury 9-11 Committee has raised funds to design and construct a lasting memorial to honor two town residents, Peter Gay and Peter Hashem, along with nearly 3000 other victims of the tragic September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The Memorial was dedicated on September 11, 2005, with landscaping and lighting to be installed this year. TEC is pleased to assist the Committee in this effort by contributing time to improve the vista of the memorial located in front of the Town Library at the corner of Main and Chandler Streets.
TEC is preparing permits, plans and providing construction services for the relocation of a traffic controller cabinet that currently obstructs views of the Memorial. TEC is also making provisions for lighting and landscaping at the intersection.
TEC and Kodiak will be working with Cuoco and Cormier, a local surveyor, to guarantee flawless project delivery. The Team's goal is to provide landscaping and roadway traffic improvements that will maximize all views of the Memorial.
Fred Simon and John Ryan, co-chairmen of the committee expressed, "we are grateful to TEC and Kodiak for helping to deliver an unobstructed view of the memorial."

TEC's exhibit included a blackjack table to go
along with the theme: "Everyone Wins with TEC." Convention attendees were invited to try their luck at beating the dealer comprised of the TEC staff. All participants received a gift bag with playing cards, chocolate coins, and TEC corporate literature. Participants who beat the dealer were entered into an hourly raffle for larger prizes. TEC's exhibit also included a PowerPoint slideshow of the firm's qualifications.
Over 1,200 attendees enjoyed our exciting and enthusiastic approach to the traditional convention exhibit tables and overwhelmingly agreed that Everyone Wins with TEC!
