Store #3, Wilmington, MAThis project is a redevelopment of an existing retail mall that consists of expanding the current Market Basket Supermarket and retail plaza while maintaining full use of the existing plaza. Services: Site Design/Redevelopment, Wetland Constraints, Low-Impact Stormwater Systems, Construction Phasing, Permitting Through Planning Board and Conservation Commission, MassHighway Access Permitting. |

Store #14, Fitchburg, MAAs owners of an entire retail plaza, Market Basket relocated from one anchor to another, expanding the Supermarket space. Permitting and civil engineering was required for the transition. Services: Site Design/Redevelopment, Drainage System, Construction Inspection, Permitting Through Town Planning Board and Conservation Commission, Offsite Front-Door Improvements. |

Store #17, Gloucester, MARMD is planning to develop a currently vacant site in Gloucester to build a new Supermarket. The current zoning does not allow this use by right. RMD will have to go through a rezoning process, and is also planning to contribute to the extension of the city's sewer lines on the local roads adjacent to the site. Store #26, Stratham, NHThe Town of Stratham needed their Fire Protection water line extended down a section of Route 108. An easement also needed to be created for a future town water main. Methods were used as to keep Route 108 operational during the installation of the water line. Services: Designed Water Line for Fire Protection, Coordination with Town and Private Property Owners, Created Easement for Future Town Water Main (currently privately owned), Construction Inspections, Pipe Jacking Below Route 108 to Prevent Road Closure During Construction. |

Store #32, Chelsea, MAThis project is a complete redevelopment of the Mystic Mall retail plaza to locate and expand the Supermarket, improve parking and traffic flow an allow for the possibility of adding residential developments in the future.
